Scouts in Central & South-East Europe
S.M.G. employs experienced Scouts from Europe, based in several target countries, to follow domestic Championships, both senior and Youth leagues.
Believing strongly about a large scouting network and in this way knowing perfectly the players, S.M.G. can find them the right club regarding their abilities & playing style.
Scouts in Argentina
S.M.G. has in Argentina two professional scouts with huge experience, both working for clubs in the past and now S.M.G. with exclusivity.
Being former professional football players, they deliver very accurate reports on transfer targets and also look to catch the next youth star player.
Scouts in Africa
S.M.G. works in Africa with five scouts looking for potential transfer targets for clubs and providing some detailed scouting Report.
At the same time, these S.M.G. scouts look for talented youth players so that S.M.G. arranges them a trial in European clubs permitting to integrate its Academy.
